There is a time for work and a time for rest. A gentle breeze rippling the water, fresh air, and quiet do wonders for the soul and inspire one's spirit.

Bass Lake, California is one of those places. Little off shoot lakes in the region are nice little getaways too. We found this one, Manzanita Lake, not far from the main lake. The fishing was good that day.
