This amazing trail runs along the rim of the Devil's Punchbowl in the desert just below Angeles National Forest. I visited in the early morning and had the opportunity to meander about before too many visitors had arrived. I liked the way the trees framed the trail and the earthy, yet colorful, plantation that outlined the footpath. A beautiful natural scene with great detail, color, and shadow. A natural painting!
