In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day Genesis 1: 1-5

The story of Creation is powerful. The most powerful thing about it is that everything was created by the power of the Word. Without the Word nothing makes sense. Nothing would be defined. There would be no thought. It's something that should seriously be meditated and prayed upon.

I conceived of this piece through a photograph of a sphere that we had in our planter. It was then put through the many processes of my 2002 computer photo impression program. In the re-master I continued digitally clarifying my vision. It came out greater than I expected.
