The rusty carcass of this old truck greeted us as we made our way to the mining location in the backside of Joshua Tree National Park, It has served it's purpose, and like many steel warriors of the desert, it was discarded without a second thought. It was way past it's expiration date!
Joshua Tree National Park is another one of those hidden gems of the Southern California Desert. It is a must destination area for those who love the great outdoors... and those who love to take desert photographs. I'm included in both those categories.
