When I think of the desert I can't help but think of "The Painted Desert". I was playing around with an original photograph and wanted to work it into a surreal setting. Don't we just get a little worn out by reality? So I worked a little from reverse... and cropped in an eagle, or two, from another photo I had taken. The result is interesting... might even say it looks surreal southwest. Thank God he gave us imaginations.
