We were moving along the 74 in Winchester, California... and these clouds were rapidly moving across the horizon behind us. Had to pull over and snap off some photographs before the rapidly changing scene disappeared. A dramatic and majestic picture of nature on the move. It's enshrined forever now!

Great clouds. I wonder if the fires in California are creating the circumstances for great image. If so, then some beauty can come even from a terrible tragedy.

This photograph was taken in 2012. The clouds you see in background were touching the landscape at the very bottom. They were moving fast across the space.
