I love discovering decaying backroads that are left to fend for themselves. Along the journey is usually a human interest story or mystery of some kind.
This paved road leads into an area that once had a small home among the rocks and boulders. The vista to the valley below is pretty inspiring. Only the remnants of the foundation are left to ponder, and an environment taken over again by nature.
