This is the view from the Birch Aquarium looking toward the Scripps Institution Of Oceanography Pier in La Jolla Shores.
Taken from a photograph by Tami Smith on her phone, I reinterpreted it into an Oil Painting with a plein air touch and heavy brush stroke finish. A simple, yet very pleasing, ocean scene.
