An early photograph that I always admired because the scene was ruggedly serene.
The location is at Little Rock Dam in the desert of Los Angeles County. I used to come to this spot to fish and spend time with my father when I was younger, and also later on with my son. I enjoyed recreating this scene. Hope it strikes a cord with you.
This is a second incarnation of the picture in a brushstroke, painted style texturing and enhancement.
