This is a view upwards to the mountains that surround the Yosemite Valley, from the Yosemite Valley Chapel. One of my High School alums and her husband are the ministers of the church.
Yosemite Valley is one of my favorite places. In it there is an inspiration that cannot be adequately defined by words. It is an overwhelming sense that comes over me. The finger of God carved out this place! No better setting to worship!
