This is the beautiful Island of Maui, Hawaii. A drive around the west side of the Island renders some very picturesque views. It is amazingly rural. In fact the roadway (Kahekili Highway, Route 340) was not wide enough for oncoming vehicles to pass unless someone pulled to the side of the road. Just the kind of place I like.
