Description
Following his passing on June 5, 2004, President Ronald Reagan was laid to rest at the Reagan Library, in Simi Valley, California, on June 11, 2004. It was one of the most viewed and touching moments in American History. The Memorial Site is made of granite and has the following words of the President:
"I know in my heart that man is good, that what is right will always eventually triumph and there is purpose and worth to each and every life."
I captured and emphasized these words in this image. Anyone who is not familiar with Ronald Reagan the man, and the leader, ought to go to this library. There are no words to adequately describe it because it must be experienced. Especially for those who have been programmed with preconceived notions. He was truly someone who knew how to make friends of his enemies, and convert enemies into friends.
I have bordered the photograph in a fitting patriotic color theme with 50 stars representing the 50 States.
