A worn old cottage adds to the aging other world setting, along with the picket fence and cobblestone walkway. And who can pass up a place like this when the fireplace is lit and the lights are glowing? Perhaps the smell of baking bread in the air would be of comfort to a weary traveler! Everyman Christian may have stumbled across this in his pilgrimage.
The cottage can be found at the Descanso Gardens Botanical Gardens in La Canada Flintridge of California.
