Took this breathtaking photograph of Lake Hemet and the San Jacinto Mountains from the back service road leading to Thomas Mountain. The setting was perfect! A blue sky with clouds just above the mountain peaks and casting shadows onto the wilderness area.
This is one of the most beautiful sections of the California Scenic Highway System.
