Description
The tall structure is known traditionally as the Kansas City Power and Lighting Building. This great old skyscraper was constructed in 1931 and was being sold as a new residential building possibility. I'd be game to give a shot at living up there!
As I looked at the photo I had taken of this landmark, I couldn't help but think that it could be a model for Gotham City in the old Batman comics. The atmosphere was created to go along with that thought.
