Description
A photograph taken in 2011 of the entryway into a church building in Perris, California. I was intrigued by this Gothic style structure, located off the main boulevard, in a well worn neighborhood. (See my images Cathedral Spires and Seventh Day Church) Stepping through doors, such as these, should bring one face to face with all the issues of life that are important to address... and get answers to. A place of realization, decision, and ultimate freedom. It's not in the man made structure... but what it should represent. The right way in is through the entry doorway.
"Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
